This cute ring has very detailed butterfly wings on either side of a natural oval sapphire, approx. .30cts). Below the sapphire is a trio of Ivy leaves with 2 tiny gemstones. You will be able to choose your center stone and the 2 accent stones, shown in the photos is orange sapphires. 

The top of the ring is about 11.5mm's wide and the band is just over 2mm's wide.
