At Swank Metalsmithing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our studio via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and use a padded envelope to ensure the piece is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Ship the package using a trackable method; we highly recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our metalsmiths inspect the item for wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
